am Anko. I came from a puppy mill. I had a litter of
6 puppies but they all died of distemper because we
were not given any shots or care. I was also very
scared of everything -(even other dogs) . I also had
heartworm. Husky Haven took me in and I fell in love
with my foster Mom. Then I learned that all the
people that come here are very nice and love me. I
was scared to let them touch me at first but now
I am learning to like it. I get to play with the
other Siberians here and have learned to enjoy
playing with them. I am crate trained now. I jump
into it by myself and get a cookie every time. I
have gained weight and am looking really good ---if
I do say so myself.
I got to go to one of the other volunteers house
and met their furry friends like me. I was a little
scared at first but really had a good time. I got to
run free in the house and even let the man of
the house pet me. He was nice also. I stayed there a
couple weeks. Now they come to get me on weekends.
Would
really like to have a home like that for my very
own. If you have lots of patience and would like to
have a very beautiful girl (that's me) please come

She is very sweet
and loving towards people and children, but
other dogs would be most prohibited as she has
shown aggressive behaviors towards our
other foster dogs and would do very well in a
home where she is the only dog. Cats are not an
option as she has also been aggressive towards
them too. She is very well behaved and has
good manners, she would do very well with
a family that has a nice size back yard and
fenced well. She loves to play and get all the
attention. She thinks she is still a lapdog she
needs to sit on your feet (which is great in the
winter time, as she will keep them very warm
LOL) She doesn't require very much grooming and
loves to get a bath in the
bath tub like a real princess... Fill Tub
with Bubbles and watch her enjoy it to the
fullest. She loves long walks and has a fettish
with the Lizards to watch them for hours. She is
very vocal, loves to howl and is a great
conversationalist.
She also loves traveling
in the car and loves going to the beach. She
would also like a home that doesn't mind her
sleeping in the bedroom as she likes to be close
to her people. She is Crated and does very well
with it. She is House Broken and uses a doggie
door very well too.

He is very playful, especially on cool mornings. He will jump and nip at us like a puppy when we start our walks. He loves his walks and he will jog with our daughter. He does not pull on the leash during the walks. He does like to lunge at joggers, but were are slowly breaking him at of that. He gets along OK with our male husky,who can get along with any dog, but our female and Trillion still get into scuffles. She just won't give up being the Alpha of the house. He is very affectionate and will follow you around the house and likes to be where ever the people are. He likes to sit and be petted whenever given the chance. He does go after cats and squirrels, he is after all a husky. He can be food aggressive with other dogs, but with us we have trained him to sit and be patient when the food comes to his spot. He is fully recovered and has a very good appetite. He loves feeding time in the evening. He is house trained. We let him sleep in the house in the tiled area of the kitchen and family room and he has not had any accidents if we let him out before we bed down.
